This comprising of the metaphor and metonymy tell about the technique that an author or a speaker uses to persuade the listener or reader to look at the subject from a perspective, with language designed to encourage or provoke an emotional display of a particular view or action. Myths relating to the gods and heroes also direct the thinking of a person. Similarly, sometimes we dream about elements such as images, figures etc. and expect see what we are willing to see. This concept is dealt with by condensation and displacement.
